Description Amelanchier x grandiflora ‘Ballerina’ A small upright tree or graceful large shrub. It has ovate leaves that are coppery-bronze when young, which fade to green before turning brilliant shades of orange and red in the autumn. Freely produced large white flowers appear in April which are followed later by edible berries, red ripening to almost black. Deciduous. Grow in full sun or partial shade in lime-free, moist but well-drained soil. It will reach a height of 4m and a spread of 3m. Supplied Size 175-200cm (12 Litre)
