$41.92
Description Fuchsia magellanica is the hardiest of the genus. It has arching stems to 2-4 feet high with small, pendulous flowers for months on end through summer and fall. They are popular with hummingbirds and bees. ‘Windcliff Flurry’ is an improved form of the species selected by Dan Hinkley for its exceptional, more floriferous display of brilliant red and purple flowers and improved winter hardiness. Grow in the ground or in containers. In colder zones plants can die back to the ground. In milder zones plants can remain semi-evergreen. Possibly hardy into zone 4 or 5 with heavy mulching in a protected microclimate. Deer resistant.
