Description Dicentra ‘Passion Hearts’ is a fern-leaf bleeding heart that offers months of bi-coloured flowers of red and pink atop beautiful lacy, blue-green foliage from late spring through early fall. Exceptionally floriferous and cold hardy, plants will reach 18-24 inches tall and 28 inches wide in a clumping mound. This alpine-type hybrid thrives in full sun and well-drained soils making it an excellent choice for sunny spots but it can also be grown in partly shaded areas. Great as a mass-planted ground cover and in the cottage, rock, and shade gardens or in containers and for cut flowers and foliage. Attracts hummingbirds and bees. Deer resistant.
