Important: We need four specifications to make a brand new Sunbrella® replacement canopy and to ensure a perfect fit of your replacement canopy: 1) the size of your canopy; and 2) the length of your umbrella frame’s radius. Be sure to measure according to our video clips; 3) the number of ribs your frame has; 4) the inside diameter of the grommet you’d like us to install to the center of your new canopy; 5) the name and item number of the Sunbrella® fabric you’d like us to use (ex: Jockey Red 5403). A grommet is a metal ring commonly pressed to the center of a canopy to allow the decorative finial cap to pass through the canopy to the top of the umbrella’s frame. Some canopies have a reinforced hole in the fabric, but our canopies will have a grommet. Please refer to the image in the photo gallery. Our listed prices are for Sunbrella’s 5400 series furniture-grade fabrics. These solid-colored fabrics are soft and supple, stretch nicely when the umbrella is cranked open, and fold down tightly when closed. We can make your new genuine Sunbrella® replacement umbrella canopy from any of our offerings. However, many other-than-5400-series options come with a premium upcharge for the fabric. Our standard 6.5′ canopies fit 6-rib umbrellas with a 39-40″ frame radius.   $189. 7.5′ Replacement canopies (5400 series Sunbrella® fabric).  Our standard 7.5′ canopies fit 8-rib umbrellas with a 47-48″ frame radius.  $209. 9′ Replacement canopies (5400 series Sunbrella® fabric). Our standard 9′ canopies fit 8 or 6 ribbed umbrellas with a 54-56″ frame radius.  $229. 11′ Replacement canopies (5400 series Sunbrella® fabric). Our standard 11′ canopies fit 8-rib umbrellas with a frame radius measuring 66-68″. $329. Not compatible with cantilever/offset-style patio umbrellas. Our umbrellas and canopies are designed for shade, not rain protection. Although we can replicate most patio umbrella canopies, our prices include canopies of standard round construction. Please call for clarification on what is our standard method of construction. Tuuci brand umbrellas, for example, are not considered standard construction. Canopies are single-vented. While uncommon, double-vented canopies can be made for an extra $95. Call for ordering details. Wind vents are stitched to the canopy body. Reinforced rib pockets are designed to slip over rib ends with girths up to 3/4″ x 1/2″. Call to discuss any need for larger slip pockets. Important: your order will be charged within 24 hours of placing it with us. You will receive an “Order Complete” notice shortly thereafter. This only means that the order has been charged. These special orders can take up to six weeks to manufacture and ship.
